I recently transitioned to Ripe for Harvest from The Navigators. During my 21 years with The Navigators, I served in multiple capacities in Iowa (collegiate ministry), D.C. (African-American ministry), and Seattle (Development and Care). I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with my master’s degree in counseling psychology in June 2018. I am excited to be ministering with Ripe for Harvest and using my ministry experiences, educational training, and passions to further the kingdom.

As I embark on this season of ministry, I am prayerfully considering pastoral care and leadership development.  This likely will include a combination of:

  • Individual, couples, and family counseling
  • Consulting, coaching, and group facilitation
  • Helping leaders and lay people practice self-care
  • Conflict resolution and mediation
  • Cross-cultural ministry and reconciliation
  • Sports and recreational ministry

My ultimate desire and hope are to genuinely listen, carefully love, and safely provide environments of grace that usher people into a deeper relationship with God, themselves, and others.
